Yeah, I know. It's been like a million years. I would imagine a lot of people probably wrote this blog off as having been abandoned, but I haven't forgotten about it. And with a new year starting, I want to get back to keeping this journal.
For anyone wondering, I have been staying active. My weight has been holding steady. I'm thinking I hit a plateau. I've been making plans to shake up my usual routine to try to break through that. As per usual, I'll be discussing all my efforts here.
